All customers who have advised us of their flight information and arrive between 0900 and 2100 will be met by our a member of our customer services team.

Any customers who arrive between 0900 and 2100 and have not advised us of their flight information will be given keys by security who will inform our customer services team of the arrival who will attend as soon as possible.

Any customers arriving between 2100 and 0800 will be given keys by security and met by our customer services team in the morning.
