Flipflops Meltemi Apartments were built in 2010 and are a modern contemporary design set in the hill overlooking the town of Gulluk and the turquoise waters of the Aegean. Just 15 minutes drive from Bodrum airport these 4 star apartments offer a relaxing, luxury holiday destination and will leave you wanting to return year after year.

The main feature is the spectacular views from the terrace and with a large pool, children’s pool and plenty of gardens in which to relax it’s a great spot. Just a few minutes’ walk takes you down into Gulluk and all its great restaurants, cafes and beaches. Flipflops Meltemi are a mix of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.

Depending on apartment size as to number of bedrooms but all have at least 1 double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. An open plan kitchen, breakfast bar, living area with sofa, & coffee table and separate bathroom with shower, basin & toilet. All have stunning sea views from the balcony or terrace. They are all furnished in a contemporary modern style and fully equipped for self catering.

Flipflops can be found set in the hill overlooking the charming town of Gulluk and just 15 minutes from the airport. Its location couldn’t be better as the views are great and yet you are only a few minutes’ walk to the beach clubs and the nightlife of Gulluk.

From Flipflops you can while away the hours with the locals in the ‘Tea House’ before walking along the promenade to the cocktails, hammocks and dance music of the beach club, tradition meets contemporary life! The charming promenade winds its way around the bay of Gulluk, dotted with cafes and restaurants and the traditional fishing boats in the harbour.

The turquoise coast is a great place to holiday in Turkey and our apartments to rent at Flipflops Meltemi are a great base from which to explore. Here you can stroll along the promenade as it winds around the coast, relax on the beaches, have cocktails at the beach clubs or just sit and eat the freshly caught fish in the many al fresco restaurants. You can take a fishing trip from the harbour, visit the historical site of Iassos or Ephesus or play golf on the championship course.

Further afield are many other secluded bays, the vibrant town of Bodrum is 25 minutes away by Dolmush Flipflops boasts a large swimming pool with separate children’s pool with loungers and parasols. There is also large shared gardens and relaxation areas with seating and sun shades and a communal BBQ area in which to enjoy an evening’s drink with your fellow guests.

There is a laundry facility and future plans are for a bar area as well which will hopefully be complete for 2011 summer season. There is a management office who are there to answer any questions and to give advice on how to make the best of your holiday.
